BOOKING NOW OPEN – Annual City Prayer Breakfast – Weds 12th October 08:00

The City Prayer Breakfast has for many years provided an annual focus for people who work in, or who have a heart for, the City of London to meet together and pray in the name of Jesus.

We host an annual breakfast in October each year. The 2022 event will take place on Wednesday 12 October 2022 at Holy Sepulchre Holborn and booking is now open.

Our theme this year is “How to Serve” and our speaker is Jeremy Brien, who works for the global commercial real estate services company CBRE as Regional Facilities Operations Director to GE sites across the UK and Western Europe.

After the main event there will be three concurrent breakout sessions until 10am. These will be hosted by the International Justice Mission (IJM) on modern day slavery, the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity (LICC) on the Executive Toolbox and workplace theology and The Word 121 on personal evangelism.

City Christian Heritage Walk – Thursday 15th September

The (late) summer evening walk, in collaboration with Christian Heritage Walks, will take place for those booked on the previously postponed event on Thursday 15th September.

There’s amazing church history in the City of London with sites associated with Wilberforce, Tyndale, Whitefield, Spurgeon, Elizabeth Fry, John Newton and many others. Each one, persuaded of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, saw Him bring forth wonderful, history changing fruit in this city as they abided in him. We will walk around various sites and pause to hear from Ben Virgo an account of the rich history of this City – come and see what the Lord has done!

Time: 6pm prompt – 8pm
